What is your minimum order?
We require a minimum of 25 gifts or a $2,000 order value. That said, if we have something in stock that works for a smaller order, we'll always try to make it happen - just reach out!
What does it cost per gift?
Every order is completely custom, but our average is around $45 per gift. Whether your budget is $25 or $250+ per person, we'll curate something beautiful that works for you.
Can you handle large bulk orders?
Absolutely — bulk orders are our specialty! All we need is your address list and delivery date. We can also ship using your UPS or FedEx account if preferred.
How will my order be delivered?
We offer local hand delivery in New York and surrounding areas. We also ship via UPS and FedEx anywhere in the United States. Prefer to pick up? You're welcome to collect your order free of charge at our Melville, NY location.
Do you send samples?
We don't send physical samples, but our proposals are detailed and include photos and full descriptions of every item. We can also photograph your completed package before it ships upon request.
Do you work with corporations?
Yes! We love working with companies of all sizes! Virtual events, in-person conferences, client appreciation, holiday gifts, employee welcome packages, themed events and more. If there's a reason to celebrate your team or clients, we're on it.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend reaching out at least 4-6 weeks before your event. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability - just ask, we will do our best to make it happen!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and ACH payments. Custom orders are invoiced via email and are simple to pay online.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because every box is custom designed and products are purchased specifically for your order, we are unable to accept cancellations once payment has been made and production has begun. We strongly encourage you to review your proposal carefully before approving.
