GETTING STARTED
WHAT IS YOUR
MINIMUM ORDER?
Our minimum is 25 gifts or a $2,000
order value. Need fewer? If we have something suitable in stock, we'll always try to help.
WHAT DOES EACH
GIFT COST?
Most gifts average around $45, but we create packages from $25 to $250+ per person. Every proposal is tailored to your priorities and budget.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I REACH OUT?
Four to six weeks is ideal. Rush projects may be possible depending on timing, quantities, and product availability.
HOW DOES THE

Tell us about your people, occasion, budget, and timing. We'll create a custom proposal, then source, assemble, and deliver every detail.
DESIGN & CUSTOMIZATION
CAN YOU INCORPORATE A BRAND OR THEME?
Absolutely! Packaging, ribbon, note cards, branded details, and product selections can all be designed to feel completely yours.
WHAT ABOUT DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
No problem! We can curate with dietary preferences in mind. Share your requirements early so we can recommend the best options.

BE DELIVERED?
Yes. Bulk gifting and multi-address fulfillment are specialties. Simply provide your address list and required delivery date.
We offer local delivery in New York and surrounding areas, nationwide UPS and FedEx shipping, and complimentary pickup in Melville, New York.

SAMPLES
We don't send physical samples, but our proposals are detailed and include photos and full descriptions of every item. We can also photograph your completed package before it ships upon request.
CLIENT-PROVIDED MATERIALS
We’re happy to incorporate your products, printed materials, or branded pieces. They simply need to arrive before assembly begins. Let us know what you’d like to include early in the process so we can coordinate quantities, timing, and delivery details.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and ACH payments. Custom orders are invoiced via email and are simple to pay online.
Because every order is custom and products are purchased specifically for your project,
custom orders are nonrefundable once approved and production has begun.
